Requirements

Hands-on experience in electronics assembly and hand soldering of PCB assemblies .
Ability to carefully follow routing sheets, work instructions, and wiring diagrams .
Team-oriented and dependable, with strong attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001 standards (certification a plus).
Prior experience in an ISO 9001 / AS9100 electronics manufacturing environment .
Experience with SMT rework and inspection under a microscope .

Responsibilities

Reading work instructions, wiring diagrams, and samples to determine assembly steps.
Installing components such as resistors, capacitors, diodes, transistors, connectors, and integrated circuits .
Performing hand soldering on through-hole and surface-mount components per IPC standards.
Using precision hand tools and equipment to trim, clinch, and secure component leads .
Applying protective materials such as heat-shrink, sealants, or masking compounds during the soldering process.
Conducting visual inspections and rework to meet IPC quality standards.
