Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in soldering electronic components, preferably in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
Familiarity with various soldering techniques, such as through-hole and surface-mount soldering.
Proficient in using testing equipment, soldering equipment, and tools.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and process improvement.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and assembly instructions.
Effective communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation purposes.

Nice To Haves

A degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field is a plus.
Technical or vocational training in electronics or soldering techniques is preferred.
Previous experience in electronics testing or a similar role is preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct Testing Procedures: o Perform comprehensive testing of cabin management products to ensure compliance with industry standards and engineering specifications.
Execute various testing procedures, including programming and acceptance test evaluation.
Quality Assurance: o Record and document test results accurately and comprehensively.
Implement quality control measures to identify and address potential issues during the testing process.
Collaborate with production cell and engineering representative to establish and refine testing protocols.
Analyze data to identify any deviations from quality standards and report findings to the relevant stakeholders and implement correct action to resolve nonconformance.
Instrumentation and Equipment Maintenance: o Maintain and calibrate testing equipment regularly to ensure accurate and reliable results.
Troubleshoot and address any technical issues with testing instruments and engineering.
Documentation: o Maintain detailed documentation of testing processes, procedures, and results.
Generate reports summarizing testing outcomes for internal and external stakeholders.
Collaboration: o Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality control, to communicate testing requirements and results effectively.
Safety Compliance: o Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while conducting testing activities.
