About The Position

JOB DESCRIPTION Key Responsibilities Electrical & Electronic Troubleshooting Troubleshoot and repair electrical and electronic equipment throughout the plant. Maintain, install, and upgrade plant electrical systems and components. Troubleshoot, program, and repair programmable logic controllers (PLCs). Allen‑Bradley required Siemens and Mitsubishi nice to have Automation, Robotics & Test Systems Support, maintain, and troubleshoot FANUC robots (required). Maintain and troubleshoot VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives) . Design, build, and integrate test systems to meet customer specifications, including functional and error‑proofing applications. Maintenance & Continuous Improvement Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on all assigned equipment. Utilize continuous improvement methods to enhance equipment reliability and performance. Maintain working knowledge of all plant facilities and equipment. Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with housekeeping standards. Safety & Quality Exercise reasonable attention, care, and judgment to prevent injury, equipment damage, or tooling issues. All team members have the right and responsibility to stop production if a safety or quality concern is identified. Follow all plant and departmental safety procedures, lockout/tagout practices, and environmental standards. General Responsibilities Furnish all necessary tools required to efficiently perform job duties. Complete tasks assigned by the supervisor in a timely and professional manner. Support cross‑functional teams and maintenance initiatives as needed.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Electrical Technology, Electronics, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in an electronic/electrical maintenance technician role.
  • Strong experience in: PLC troubleshooting/programming (Allen‑Bradley required)
  • Robotics – FANUC experience required
  • VFDs
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
  • Experience repairing, installing, and maintaining electrical/electronic systems in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, electronic, mechanical, and automation systems.

Nice To Haves

  • PLC experience with Siemens or Mitsubishi platforms.
  • Experience designing or integrating test systems.
  • Strong understanding of preventive/predictive maintenance methods.
