About The Position

We are looking for a detail-oriented Electronic Restoration Technician to join our growing restoration team. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, testing, cleaning, and restoring electronic devices after water, fire, or smoke damage. If you have experience working with consumer electronics and enjoy following structured processes to ensure quality results, this role is for you. This is a full time, 40 hours a week position.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Receive, inventory, organize, and photograph electronic items, This includes packing them out from the damaged home.
Perform detailed visual inspections to identify physical or functional damage
Power on and test a wide range of electronics (TVs, gaming systems, audio equipment, small appliances, etc.)
Accurately label and document tested items for estimating and reporting
Clean electronics according to established restoration and safety procedures
Move items through heat room drying processes and document timelines
Perform quality control inspections after cleaning and heat treatment
Verify full functionality before final cleaning, packaging, and storage
Follow strict safety protocols when handling racks and heavy equipment
Maintain organized workspaces and clearly labeled racks throughout each stage
