About The Position

Leading Electronic Security Company has an immediate need for an Entry/Mid level Project Coordinator to work with existing clients. Position offers a competitive base salary, excellent benefits, matching 401k, and the opportunity to grow professionally and financially. All applicants must have excellent oral and written communication skills, and be willing to multi-task and wear several hats. Ideally, we are looking for someone that is energetic and has 1-2++ years of customer service and project coordination experience for a commercial electronic security company. Word and Excel experience highly preferred. Must have a can-do attitude, be willing to learn, and be a team player. This is a unique position that works in conjunction with the following industries: Sports Venues Colleges and Universities Pharmaceutical Institutional Construction Manufacturing Hospitals General job duties follow: Ordering and tracking materials for projects. Assist with scheduling technicians and subcontractors. Support outside sales team on customer pricing and quotations. Handle and resolve customer inquiries. Communicating with customers on project timelines and budgets. Generate and process invoices. Assist with budgeting and pricing of projects.
