General Job Description: Electronic Monitoring Technician A key member of the Customer Service Team, the Electronic Monitoring Technician, will report to the Senior Account Manager. This position maintains close, continuous support of account to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention through systematic customer contact, training activities and implementation of new programs and requirements. Actively works with on-site Account Manager and Senior Account Manager to identify growth opportunities through the increased use of Track Group's continuum of products and services, as well as the day-to-day interaction with the agency's staff. Provides programmatic assistance to allow each customer to operate an effective program with high satisfaction levels. Duties and Responsibilities are subject to change upon business requirements. This position is located in our Philadelphia, PA office, and is a hands-on financial accounting position.
