Job Description Summary: The Electronic Imaging Technician works under the direction of the Manager of Radiology Support Services (Imaging Service Center). Conducts technical support to internal and external customers by efficiently performing a wide variety of tasks utilizing Picture and Archive Communications systems (PACS) technology with the ultimate goal of accurate and efficient utilization of electronic/manual image and data storage, reporting and distribution methodologies. For this position we are looking for candidates who are detail oriented, can efficiently multi-task, has direct customer service experience, and who is computer savvy. Candidates must have experience with Microsoft products and be comfortable learning the additional system applications used to perform the job. This position is full-time Monday-Friday at Riverside Methodist Hospital with a rotating weekend requirement at Grant Medical Center. The hours Monday-Friday are day shift, and the hours on the weekend will vary. This entry-level position is ideal for someone thinking of pursuing a degree in the radiology/imaging field.
