The primary responsibility of the Electronic Banking Specialist is to support back-office functions for all electronic banking products, including Cash Management and Remote Deposit Capture. Key responsibilities include file retention, documentation verification, report creation, activity verification and operational support. The role requires maintaining awareness of product enhancements, assisting with investigation related to electronic banking activity and supporting electronic banking products through all stages of the lifecycle from research, and implementation, to ongoing support.
