About The Position

We are seeking a hands-on, technically skilled Electronic Assembler to join a growing manufacturing team. This position supports the production, assembly, and testing of electrical and electronic systems and subsystems used in advanced industrial equipment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and interested in long-term career growth within a manufacturing environment that provides training and advancement opportunities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent with at least two years of relevant experience
  • Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and electronic test equipment
  • Strong manual dexterity and ability to work with small components
  • Intermediate math skills, including fractions, decimals, and metric measurements
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
  • Ability to maintain focus while performing repetitive tasks
  • Good visual acuity and color differentiation (corrected or uncorrected)
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds from floor to bench height
  • Ability to access elevated work areas using ladders or lifting equipment

Nice To Haves

  • Technical training or an associate degree in electronics preferred
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment, particularly involving electrical or electronic systems, is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of manufacturing and assembly tasks, including cable assemblies, component subassemblies, and device builds
  • Apply basic machine wiring techniques such as cutting, stripping, terminating, soldering, and crimping wires
  • Assemble electronic components and systems according to specifications, schematics, and blueprints
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment to build electronic devices and mechanical assemblies
  • Assemble and wire housings and enclosures
  • Kit components and subassemblies for production use
  • Perform low-level testing and complete associated production documentation (manufacturing orders, travelers, and transfers)
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow all published work instructions, procedures, and safety protocols
  • Demonstrate the ability to learn and progress toward higher-level assembler responsibilities
