About The Position

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Electronic Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will build, assemble, and test electronic components and systems according to specifications, ensuring high quality and reliability. The ideal candidate has strong manual dexterity, the ability to read assembly instructions, and a commitment to precise, safety-conscious work. Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Basic understanding of electronic components and assembly processes.
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment and stand for extended periods.
• Previous experience in electronic assembly, manufacturing, or a related field.
• Familiarity with soldering techniques and electronic testing tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Comfortable lifting up to 25–30 lbs and performing repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic components and products using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment per work orders and schematics.
• Read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and wiring diagrams to ensure accurate construction.
• Inspect and test assembled units to verify quality and functionality; identify defects and notify supervisors as required.
• Solder components and connect wiring where applicable (training may be provided depending on level of experience).
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Record production output and document any issues encountered during assembly.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and uphold department standards.
• Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures at all times.
