This full-time, direct-hire role centers on safeguarding uptime, tackling breakdowns, and executing a disciplined preventive maintenance plan. Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire Role Snapshot Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance—adjustments, cleaning, and inspections—across machinery, equipment, installations, and the facility. Respond to line interruptions and perform corrective repairs or parts replacement to restore production quickly. Collaborate closely with operators, process techs, and leadership to troubleshoot equipment issues and implement solutions. Adhere to safety standards at all times, including lock out/tag out procedures; wear all required PPE. Core Capabilities Mechanical troubleshooting expertise with a practical, hands-on mindset. Comfort working with 120/208/240/480 voltage systems. Solid electrical troubleshooting and repair background. Experience diagnosing pneumatic systems.
