Requirements

  • Open to overtime as required
  • 3–5+ years in industrial maintenance, relevant trade school, or equivalent education/experience
  • Mechanical troubleshooting
  • 120/208/240/480 Volt power systems
  • Electrical troubleshooting
  • Equipment

  • Fork/scissor/boom lift familiarity preferred

Responsibilities

  • Prioritize and execute CMMS-driven preventive maintenance aligned to production schedules
  • Conduct routine audits covering tasks, equipment condition, and safety
  • Diagnose mechanical issues across process and facility systems
  • Troubleshoot electrical systems: 24VDC control, 120–480VAC power, and 4–20 mA instrumentation
  • Resolve HMI-controlled system issues
  • Repair CPVC/PVC piping
  • Maintain air actuated valves, steam boiler, pneumatic pumps, air compressors, motors/motor-driven pumps, water cooling and water treatment systems, strainers, and filter vessels
  • Perform work on pumps, valves, instrumentation, and piping requiring line breaks, containment, and cleaning
  • Handle facility upkeep: doors, outlets, lighting, A/C filters, shelving, and other non-process fixtures
  • Work safely at heights via ladders, scissor lifts, and on top of tanks
  • Follow chemical PPE requirements and all life-critical rules, including Lock-Out/Tag-Out
  • Maintain 5S housekeeping standards
  • Coordinate contractor activities to meet company policy and safety standards
  • Explain classed-environment restrictions to coworkers and contractors
  • Use CMMS, Microsoft Office (PowerPoint/Word/Excel/Outlook), web searches, and tablet/computer interfaces
  • Manage inventory of parts and supplies
