We’re looking for a skilled Electromechanical Assembler to help bring our designs to life—someone who thrives on detail, craftsmanship, and teamwork. As an Electromechanical Assembler, you’ll build high-quality electrical and electromechanical assemblies following detailed documentation, drawings, and workmanship standards. Every day brings something new—from assembling cables and harnesses to wiring prototypes and testing your finished work.
Requirements
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings
- Experience using common hand tools and testing devices (torque wrenches, dial indicators, etc.)
- Skilled in soldering and wiring assemblies to IPC-610 and IPC-620 standards
- Familiarity with wire cutting, stripping, crimping, and potting equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude, math, and measurement skills
- Sharp attention to detail and ability to work with small, intricate components
- Commitment to quality and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 2 years of related electromechanical or electrical assembly experience
Responsibilities
- Building electrical and electromechanical assemblies per production documentation and IPC quality standards
- Following written and verbal work instructions, procedures, and specifications
- Using hand tools and equipment to assemble cables, harnesses, or chassis modules
- Wiring and soldering prototypes and complex assemblies per specifications
- Operating a variety of manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
- Performing verification and functional tests on completed assemblies
- Identifying and correcting defects to maintain top-tier quality
- Providing training and on-the-job guidance to newer team members as needed
- Performing rework or repair on assemblies when required
