About The Position

2nd Shift Electro-Mechanical Technician – Sanitary Food-Grade Environment 5+ years of experience in multi-phase industrial wiring and Aluminum TIG fabrication is required You will be responsible for managing complex repairs and upholding our rigorous food safety standards, ensuring our production systems remain safe, compliant, and operational Second shift: 1 PM – 9 PM(minimal overtime, fully paid) Pay is $33 to $38 per hour depending on experience (top of range includes PLC skills) plus a $3/hour shift premium Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder No remote as this is a 100% onsite position Full-time, permanent, W-2 employee Full benefits Located in the Brookfield, Wisconsin area This growing food manufacturer is looking to hire a full time, permanent 2nd Shift Electro-Mechanical Technician – Sanitary Food-Grade Environment. Requirements

• 5 years of industrial machine and fabrication maintenance, troubleshooting and repair as well as TIG Aluminum experience
• Possess the ability to wire two-phase, three-phase and four-phase electric
• Possess the ability to work weekdays from 1 pm to 9 pm plus minimal overtime
• Possess a solid work history
• Being a US citizen or green card holder
• Having a residence within a 45-minute drive

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems on production equipment
• Install and upgrade machinery and equipment to support production efficiency, safety, and reliability standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime and ensure smooth production flow
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and follow all safety, cleanliness, and regulatory protocols, including food safety guidelines
