Role Overview As an Electro-Mechanical Technician, you'll: •Build and test flight and ground support hardware. •Assemble, modify, and rework prototypes and production units. •Collaborate with engineers to solve technical issues and implement improvements. •Gain certifications and expand skills in soldering, bonding, harness fabrication, and module assembly. Key Duties & Responsibilities •Perform mechanical, bonding, and electrical fabrication. •Execute repetitive and non-repetitive assembly tasks with precision. •Disassemble, modify, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies. •Evaluate new processes, tools, and products, identifying opportunities for improvement. •Communicate effectively with Manufacturing and Quality Engineers to support corrective actions. Work Environment •Fast-paced, team-oriented production environment. •Hands-on work requiring attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols. •Flexible schedule with shift work, extended hours, and weekend support as needed. •Exposure to advanced space technologies and experimental hardware.
