The E-Space Manufacturing Solar Team builds the world's most advanced aerospace products. The Senior Technician will rely on superb âhands-onâ mechanical and electrical ability to diagnose and repair electro-mechanical components of thin film semiconductor equipment. He will be expected to assist with modification, installation and rebuild of critical components for vacuum equipment, including valves, actuators, motors, pumps, sensors and power supplies. Skillful use of power and hand tools is required, in addition to electrical test ability using volt-ohm-amp meters, ability to read schematics and understand technical documentation. This individual will be one of a small team of âgo-to expertsâ who become critical when âsomething stopped working rightâ, or when disassembly, modification and rebuild are required, followed by test before start-up. The Senior Technician will work closely with equipment and maintenance engineers, process engineers to allow complex equipment to perform reliably. This position is based in Arlington, TX. In order to be successful in this role, you must be willing to work extended hours and weekends as needed. Occasional travel may be required as well.
