Electro Mechanical Maintenance Technician - 2nd shift
About The Position
As an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician, you’ll be essential to maintaining the reliability and safety of our facility and equipment. You'll: Troubleshoot and perform complex mechanical repairs on production and facility equipment. Execute scheduled preventive maintenance following company protocols. Oversee and coordinate work performed by external maintenance contractors. Order parts and supplies through our approved vendor systems. Participate in daily Facilities Team meetings to prioritize tasks and align with leadership. Keep detailed records of maintenance activities—both corrective and preventive. Assist with scrap metal collection and coordinate recycling efforts. Support winter safety by clearing snow and de-icing walkways when needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years in related field
- Teamwork: Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
- Initiative: Ability to work independently while aligning with team goals
- Problem-Solving: Hands-on approach to troubleshooting and process improvement
