We are seeking a motivated Electro-Mechanical Assembly & Service Technician to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals with foundational technical skills who are eager to grow in a hands-on, high-precision manufacturing environment. You will support the assembly, testing, and servicing of complex electro-mechanical systems both in-house and at customer sites.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble electronic and mechanical components, sub-assemblies, and full systems according to schematics and work instructions.
  • Fabricate wiring harnesses using soldering and crimping techniques.
  • Perform functional testing and final pack-out of systems.
  • Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance at customer sites with minimal supervision.
  • Assist in system installations and field service activities as needed.
  • Contribute to the creation and revision of operating and maintenance procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, tools, and materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
