About The Position

The Lincoln Group has partnered with a client in the engineering industry producing, in search of a Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join their team! Looking for candidates who want to join, build, and contribute to a great team and an evolving culture! We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling and testing electro-mechanical components and systems according to specifications and quality standards. This role requires a high level of precision, technical knowledge, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in electronics, mechanical engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an electro-mechanical assembler or similar role.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
  • Strong soldering skills and experience with electronic components and wiring.
  • Familiarity with using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Basic computer skills for record-keeping and documentation purposes.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, bend, and reach for extended periods.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble electro-mechanical components and systems, including wiring, soldering, and mechanical assembly, following blueprints and schematics.
  • Conduct testing and inspection of assembled products to ensure they meet quality and performance standards.
  • Troubleshoot and repair any issues with assemblies or components.
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment efficiently and safely.
  • Maintain accurate records of assembly processes, test results, and inventory usage.
  • Collaborate with engineers and other team members to improve assembly procedures and product designs.
  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
