About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Electro-Mechanical Assembler to safely assemble, label, test, and package mechanical and electro-mechanical devices following documented work instructions. This role may also include quality inspections, using the ERP system, and maintaining an organized workspace.

Requirements

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Basic reading and communication skills
• Able to follow instructions and safety protocols
• Experience with quality systems (ISO helpful)
• Dexterity for handling small parts
• Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs
• Able to work overtime and 40 hrs/week
• Able to work in industrial environment
• Pass background and substance check

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electro-mechanical devices using powered and unpowered hand tools.
• Read and follow work instructions to ensure correct assembly.
• Set up and change over assembly line for safe and efficient operation.
• Test finished products using diagnostic software.
• Package finished products for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety rules and company protocols.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
