Job Description: Responsible for performing a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations which may include skilled hand work or utilizing automated production equipment. Comprehends and interprets a variety of technical specifications, terms, and documents. Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing on assembly units. Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.

Requirements

Requires fully proficient job knowledge/skills
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/associate degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience

Familiar with Lean Manufacturing
Experience with ERP business systems

Responsibilities

Must have good computer skills with Word and Excel to be able to open and modify documents
Ability to follow standard procedures
