Our team is looking for an Electro-Mech OEM Assembler to join us. You will report to the Production Cell Leader and will have an onsite work structure in Creedmoor, North Carolina . Schedule (2nd Shift): Monday – Thursday, 1:30 PM to 12:00 AM (10-hour shifts). Overtime as needed. (5% Shift Differential)

Requirements

  • Must have a high school diploma or GED
  • Basic Math Skills
  • Knowledgeable of mechanical hand tools and basic computer skills.
  • To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person ” as defined by 22. C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, asylee, or refugee.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the aerospace industry is preferred
  • Tig weld and Resistance weld exp a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assembler is responsible for assembling and testing basic to intermediate level complexity mechanical, electromechanical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic sub/top assemblies.
  • Ensuring compliance with all requirements relating to quality, safety, workmanship, functionality, performance, regulatory, and customer requirements.
  • You will follow and comply with documented work instructions, blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, specifications, customer requirements, or other approved technical data in hard copy and electronic formats as needed to accomplish required tasks.
  • Ability to understand and use basic mechanical and electronic measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, dial indicators and scales.
  • Able to perform cleaning, basic soldering, winding, safety wire, wire crimp, marking, etching, and varnishing processes.
  • Comply with chemical Safety Data Sheet (SDS) guidelines, safety guidelines, and procedures.
