Electrification Analysts at Tri-State work to develop, promote, implement, and analyze new and existing energy efficiency and electrification programs for a variety of customer classes. Residential consumers have some of the highest energy burden in their respective states, providing an opportunity to make a substantial impact. Through your daily exchanges with Tri-State members, contractors, and internal teams, your focus will be on increasing adoption of energy-saving and electrification measures which help lower the overall utility costs for individual consumers and provide value to Tri-State’s member owners. Additionally, participate in external facing discussions, events, or industry meetings on available programs and emerging programs or technology. This position will focus on development and implementation of financing programs for energy efficiency and electrification measures, specifically on-bill repayment (OBR) for residential, agriculture, and small business end-consumers. Work with our implementation partner to increase use of the program and ensure program compliance, support the development of energy education tools for consumers including a DIY assessment tool and oversee professional energy assessment contracts, assist member adoption and implementation of the OBR program, tracking program performance, and coordinating program funding and billing with internal Tri-State teams. This role requires strong organizational and project coordination skills to manage multiple concurrent initiatives, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and ensure timely completion of deliverables from concept through implementation while working with a high degree of independence. Note: There is one position available, and this position will be filled at one of four job grade levels: Electrification Analyst I; job grade 7; Electrification Analyst II, job grade 8; Electrification Analyst III; job grade 9 or Senior Electrification Analyst, job grade 10. This decision will be based on the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate and Tri-State business needs at the time of hire.
