PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES Maintenance and repair of motors Maintenance on control boxes Maintenance on PLC’s, variable speed drives etc. Maintenance on starters Run of conduit and wiring Replacement of parts as needed Installing and removal of machinery Know emergency procedures when lights go out in plant Maintain records and files Housekeeping Procedures for lockout/tag out Clean up at the end of job Responsible for monitoring, record keeping, and taking appropriate action for specified Food Safety Plan, Food Quality Plan and prerequisite program requirements. Responsible to report food safety and quality issues to management.
