Responsibilities

  • Must have full and complete knowledge of how to best interpret and read project blueprint drawings.
  • Must have the ability to layout any room or area with NEC compliant devices, luminaires and control.
  • Must have knowledge and understanding of how to install all raceways and adhere to NEC compliant wiring methods.
  • Must be comfortable working with your hands and a variety of tools.
  • Must be able to troubleshoot and repair existing electrical wiring and systems.
  • Must be self motivated and show great initiative.
  • Daily Job Site Flexibility – Ability to adapt to daily changes and mobilize to multiple job sites as needed.
  • Educated on NEC compliance. Ensure installation efficiencies and standards.
  • Production – Monitor and manage field production and implement paths to improvement. Quality vs. Quantity.
  • Best Practices – Improve processes & policies in support of Company goals. Monitor adherence to current policies.
  • Safety – Lead by example. Enforce and promote all company safety policies and standards.
