About The Position

The primary function of this job is to safely install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, ensuring that all work is in accordance with relevant codes. Responsible for the Electrical preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on the following equipment: air conditioning, filtration, auxiliary building equipment, opening, carding, drawing, and spinning. To be always reasonably available for any problems that may occur which involve anything electrical, availability to be on call when needed. Maintain all processing units throughout the plant Maintain and/or repair electrical equipment; repair and/or replace wiring. Maintain fire systems. Troubleshoot electrical problems. Maintain air compressors. Maintain HVAC Systems Electrical construction and installation Using ladders, scaffolds, and doing roof tasks in a safe manner Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring equipment, apparatus, and fixtures using proper hand tools and power tools. Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, and/or other components. Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards and defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with relevant codes. Advise management on whether continued operation of equipment could be hazardous. Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes, etc., to ensure compatibility and safety of systems. 12-hours shifts We now offer Weekly Pay! Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1-3 years electrical experience
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a cotton dust environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and willingness to work with a team.
• Exceptional attendance and work ethic
• Ability to work safely at all times, observing all electrical safety requirements related to the job and plant.
• Ability to work in a cotton dust environment.
