The Generator Electrician is a highly motivated individual responsible for executing the electrical components of generator installations in residential and commercial settings. This role ensures installations meet industry standards, pass inspections, and are completed efficiently and safely. The Electrician collaborates with the Production Manager and installation teams to deliver high-quality service and uphold Adams, Inc.'s core values. People - Collaborate with installation teams and communicate effectively with the Production Manager. - Support team members by assisting with generator placement and trenching when needed. Partnership - Coordinate with project leads to ensure electrical components are ready and available. - Submit material usage and checklist updates to the Installation Lead. Requirements

  • Residential Journeyman Electrician License or 3,000+ hours electrician experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 12+ months of generator installation experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Field environment with moderate to loud noise levels; hearing protection required.
  • Frequent travel to site locations; occasional evening and weekend work.
  • Physical demands include lifting up to 75 lbs., trenching, and working in various weather conditions.
  • Requires close vision and ability to adjust focus.
