We have multiple opportunities at our advanced manufacturing facility in Fostoria, Ohio for Maintenance Repair Electricians...if you have your Journeyman card or an equivalent apprenticeship and a minimum of 5 years' experience within the industrial electrical maintenance field or possess a 2-year degree in the electrical field with 3 years' experience, then we want you to apply! Requirements

Must have documented proof of experience in the industrial electrical field and/or a journeyman's card.
A Journeyman's card or the completion of an approved electrical apprenticeship program is preferred.
Must be available to work any shift schedule as assigned.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Ability to stand or kneel for extended periods of time
Ability to reach above head level when working on elevated equipment
Ability to ascend and descend ladder or stairs
Ability to push and pull equipment into proper placement
Ability to work in extreme or hot, cold environments
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision but also with others in a team environment.
Must be a US Person as defined by 22CFR120.15.
Strong industrial electrical background
Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Having access to CUI (controlled unclassified information)

Nice To Haves

An associate degree is highly desirable.
PLC, VFD and instrumentation experience a plus
The ability to work with other trades to accomplish a positive outcome.

Responsibilities

Maintain all electrical devices and machines within the plant and ensure proper running conditions including all safety devices to ensure proper working order.
Utilize skills to troubleshoot, repair, maintain and improve all power distribution and manufacturing equipment including:
Follow all Morgan safety standards and guide lines.
Follow all NFPA and National Electrical codes.
Utilize all Arc Flash gear when called upon.
Provide technical support for all electrical process equipment
Perform moderate to complex installation, troubleshoot and repairs.
Diagnose and repair equipment and components such as motors, drives, relays, starters and other related electrical devices used for industrial equipment.
Insure that no safety devices are by-passed or eliminated without proper authorization.
Perform routine preventative maintenance (PM) on all equipment.
Perform tasks as directed by plant supervisor.
All other duties assigned by management.
