Electrician Technical Assistant (Full-Time)
About The Position
We are hiring qualified candidates for a Full-Time Electrician Technical Assistant position. This opportunity is designed for individuals with hands-on electrical experience who are looking to strengthen their technical skills, earn certification, and build a long-term career in an in-demand trade. Training Program & Schedule Opportunities throughout the state of Texas Paid, structured training provided Seven (7) weeks of virtual instruction, followed by one (1) week of in-person practical training Certification issued after successful completion of the training program Training begins at the end of April 2026 Interviews will be conducted remotely
Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Access to a personal computer and reliable internet for virtual training
- Valid United States driver’s license
- Authorization to work legally in the United States
- Willingness to undergo a background screening
- Willingness to complete a drug test
- Ability to attend all scheduled training sessions
- Full-time position
Responsibilities
- Support licensed electricians with electrical installation, troubleshooting, and repair work
- Apply prior electrical experience while learning advanced electrical systems
- Maintain compliance with electrical codes, safety guidelines, and company procedures
- Assist with job site setup, organization, and safety
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors
