About The Position

Skillforce is looking for experienced Journeyman Electricians to join our growing team! We have full-time, steady work on commercial projects throughout the Baltimore area — Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week, with overtime opportunities available.

Pay range: $28-35/hr depending on experience and license

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial electrical experience
• Strong skills in conduit bending, wire pulling, and fixture installation
• Ability to read blueprints and properly set panels/boxes
• Your own hand tools and PPE
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints to execute precise electrical installations
• Set panels, boxes, and install fixtures per project specs
• Pull wire, terminate, and run/bend EMT and rigid conduit
• Follow all safety protocols, including Lock Out/Tag Out procedures
• Maintain top-tier workmanship and jobsite safety standards
