Shifts consist of four (4) 10-hour days, Sunday-Wednesday OR Wednesday-Saturday The primary shift will be discussed in interview and can be any of the shifts listed below. Shifts are yearlong commitments and are subject to change based on operational need. Day Shift: 0530-1530 (5:30 AM-3:30 PM) Swing Shift: 1430-0100 (2:30 PM-1:00 AM) Graveyard Shift: 1930-0600 (7:30 PM--6:00 AM) Shifts are not guaranteed and are subject to change. 7%-12% pay differential depending on shift assigned. Denver International Airport is a 24/7/365 team operation. If staffing challenges occur, weather conditions warrant or an emergency crisis occur, all DEN employees will be required to work extended hours and/or alternative shifts (includes nights, weekends, and holidays). Participates in mandatory snow removal duties. Hours for On Call Snow Overtime: 3:30am to 3:30pm or 3:30pm to 3:30am. Uniforms are provided along with a work boot allowance. Mobile phone stipend. Denver International Airport Facilities Electrical Maintenance team is looking for a talented Electrician I to perform electrical maintenance and repairs on all lights, receptacles, and airfield lighting throughout the entire 53 sq mile property. Our team works on various issues, from day-to-day preventative maintenance to emergency response and repair in various environments. In this position, you can expect to: Independently performs maintenance, alteration, and repair of electrical in accordance with standard practices of the electrical trade and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Independently installs new electrical equipment and components as needed Responds to electrical service or trouble calls, troubleshoots various problems/issues, and provides problem resolution Prepares working sketches and works from blueprints, schematics, and written or verbal instructions. Requirements

  • Graduation from high school or the possession of a GED, HiSET, or TASC Certificate
  • One (1) year of journey-level electrician experience maintaining, repairing, and constructing electrical systems and equipment
