With operations across the U.S. and globally, we are committed to safety, innovation, and quality while building products our customers depend on every day.Job Overview Performs a multitude of tasks relative to the installation, testing and troubleshooting of the electrical systems on the coach. Will work in many areas of the plant and be responsible for the training of other employees pertain to the electronics. They must also maintain tidy work areas and follow detailed instructions in order to meet safety and quality requirements.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of experience in the electrical or electronics field
  • Basic knowledge of RVIA electrical standards
  • Attendance points less than 5
  • No disciplinary issues within the past 6 months
  • Read, write, comprehend and verbally communicate in English
  • Experience in diagnosing and repairing electrical problems
  • Experience in using electric diagnostic equipment
  • Attention to detail
  • Must be able to lift 40 pounds

Responsibilities

  • Performing the electrical testing process on all coaches
  • Diagnosing failures in the electrical systems
  • Perform repairs to 12V and 120V wiring as well as 12V and 120V components
  • Good attendance, demonstrated by maintaining less than 5 points for at least 3 months
  • Capability to train others
  • Communicate electrical issues to the department leads and work to implement corrective actions
  • Work with PD, engineering, materials to make improvement to the electrical systems
  • And other duties as assigned
