Requirements

Strong background in electrical installation and industrial maintenance
Comfortable working with automation, controls, and troubleshooting complex systems
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
Strong safety mindset and familiarity with NEC / NFPA 70E
Team-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently when needed

Nice To Haves

Experience with PLC-driven or automated manufacturing equipment is a plus

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems in compliance with NEC and NFPA 70E
Perform higher-level troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical, electro-mechanical, and fluid-power systems
Support upgrades and assessments of automated systems and manufacturing technologies
Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and equipment specifications
Diagnose automation issues across electrical, mechanical, and fluid-power-based equipment
Install conduit systems, lighting, control systems, motor feeders, and standard motor connections
Inspect, test, and verify electrical equipment using meters and diagnostic tools
Perform Preventive and Predictive Maintenance on a variety of manufacturing equipment
Mentor and support less-experienced maintenance staff
Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work environment
Respond to non-scheduled maintenance needs as required
