This Position reports to: Test Operations Manager Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to conduct testing and inspections during the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. Each day, you will execute the assigned work according to agreed workflows and in accordance with ABB standard processes and safety guidelines and report any non-compliance. You will also showcase your expertise by performing tests or checks by following procedures and instructions defined in manuals and test scripts. The work model for the role is: Onsite You will be mainly accountable for: Performing physical pre-testing activities for newly developed products to ensure product quality and validating manufacturing processes. Assisting the team in performing all required checks as part of the Factory Acceptance Testing process. Inspecting and troubleshooting any identified issues, determining root causes, and implementing corrective actions in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. Maintaining accurate testing records, data, and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality management systems. You will join a high performing team, where you will be able to thrive. Learning to obtain quality testing techniques following all safety protocols. Qualifications for the role You are immersed in working with others in a team oriented environment in the Electrification market. You have at least 1-2 years of experience in the electrical industry. Highly adept using calibrated meters, reading schematics, line diagrams, knowledge of electrical symbols, documenting data results, uploading software, and troubleshooting electrical components. You are innovative around PDU, STS, UPS, testing at mid range voltage levels, working with others and critical thinking. Associates Degree in the electrical field. You are at ease communicating in English.
