Electrical Test Technician

About The Position

Test, troubleshoot, and repair custom radio products down to component level. Work alongside operations team to manufacture custom radio products in support of customer deliveries. Contribute to process improvement by identifying and communicating problems to root cause. Collaborate across both operations and engineering teams to accomplish tasks.

Requirements

Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a DOD security clearance.
Electronics troubleshooting experience down to the component level is required.
Ability to read and understand engineering schematics.
Familiar with basic test equipment, i.e. Signal generators, oscilloscopes, power meters, spectrum analyzers
History of maintaining consistent quality and productivity levels.
Regularly demonstrates a positive attitude.
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced, flexible production environment.
Ability to follow detailed work instructions and test procedures.

Nice To Haves

Basic knowledge of Electrical Engineering theory.
RF or Digital Troubleshooting Experience preferred.
Ability to use Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot product, subassembly, and circuit board failures to component level.
Conduct tests on custom designed RF and digital printed circuit boards.
Conduct tests on product subassemblies, end products, and multi -product systems.
Use a variety of test equipment and log information in a technical database.
