About The Position

Delta Star Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Test Engineer to join our team, supporting the daily testing and validation of medium and large power transformers in our high-voltage laboratory. If you're passionate about quality, safety, and driving technical excellence, this is a great opportunity to make an impact! As a Test Engineer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of power transformers—ranging up to 200 MVA and 230kV—including autotransformers, mobile substations with switchgear, and skid-mounted units. Your work will help uphold the safety, efficiency, and compliance of our products for customers across the industry. Your day will include performing high-voltage electrical tests, verifying test data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in Manufacturing, Contracts, Controls, and Engineering. You’ll help troubleshoot any issues that arise during testing, guide technicians, and ensure accurate documentation of all procedures. You'll also be involved in preventative and predictive maintenance of test equipment, helping to ensure a safe and organized test environment.
