Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience operating electrical test systems in a manufacturing, production test, or laboratory environment
  • Experience performing DC and RF electrical testing
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple test systems and tasks simultaneously
  • Experience working in ESD‑controlled environments
  • Familiarity with cable handling, cable care standards, and cable management practices
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to interpret test results and communicate findings clearly to technical teams
  • Comfortable working from documented procedures, specifications, and test instructions
  • Familiarity with calibration standards, traceability, and equipment control processes
  • Experience supporting failure analysis or test characterization activities
  • Prior experience working in a cleanroom manufacturing or test environment

Responsibilities

  • Execute DC and RF electrical testing in accordance with documented procedures and work instructions
  • Operate, monitor, and manage multiple advanced electrical test systems concurrently
  • Collect, review, and organize test results to ensure data accuracy and traceability
  • Identify test failures, anomalies, or trends and communicate findings to Test Technicians and Engineering teams
  • Support engineering activities by providing clear and timely test data for analysis and decision‑making
  • Work within a cleanroom environment, maintaining compliance with cleanliness, handling, and process control requirements
  • Follow and maintain strict ESD control practices
  • Apply cable care and cable management standards to ensure signal integrity and protect test equipment
  • Utilize calibrated test equipment and demonstrate awareness of calibration requirements and compliance
  • Maintain accurate test documentation, logs, and records in accordance with quality standards
  • Escalate equipment, test, or process issues to minimize impact to quality, delivery, and safety
