About The Position

Arconic is currently in search of Electrical Technical Specialist to join our Tennesse Operations in Alcoa, Tennessee. The Electrical Technical Specialist will provide technical troubleshooting skills to maintenance and operations to restore product flow, as well as provide technical leadership and training to craft employees. The person in this role is also expected to provide technical solutions to recurring design, process, and application problems, and analyze equipment and process data to identify opportunities and develop solutions and system improvements. They will assist the maintenance department in short and long-term outage planning and assist supervisors and crafts in following up on VPM issues and items from the daily management action register. This person would also be expected to develop, manage, and implement small capital projects, major repairs and maintenance projects and provide process engineering support. Shift: Rotating Night Shift, from 6pm-6am (4 days on, 4 days off).
