About The Position

We’re looking for a skilled Electrical Specialist who’s ready to put their technical expertise to work identifying issues before they become problems. If you bring advanced thermography certification or experience in oilfield or industrial settings, even better. This is a great opportunity to make a real impact while working with a team that values accuracy, collaboration, and proactive problem-solving. Who we are: At the Crimson Group, we provide our clients with high-value automation, instrumentation, electrical design, and process operation solutions. Crimson Group provides total integration of design, project management, panel manufacturing, installation/commissioning, maintenance, and repair for North America and select international markets. What we Offer: Competitive compensation. Comprehensive benefit package and 401k plan. An environment of continuous learning with the opportunity to enhance your skills & experience and grow within the organization. The opportunity to participate in charitable events through our charity, RedTail Community Foundation. You will spend the remaining time collaborating with other teams, using only a minimal set of tools (such as strippers, cutters, and screwdrivers), helping balance equipment and vehicle requirements. You will travel occasionally (approximately 3–6 times per year) to support operations in Piceance and Midland, Texas.
