📍 Superintendent – Electrical Construction (Local to Columbus, OH) This is a full-time, local role – no travel required. Ready to lead with purpose? Join a team where careers take off! At Ace, you’ll lead impactful projects without constant travel , and be surrounded by some of the most experienced people in the business. 🔧 What You’ll Do As a Superintendent , you’ll lead boots-on-the-ground field operations, managing crews and keeping projects safe, efficient, and on schedule. You'll own planning, safety, scheduling, reporting, and field coordination—partnering with our PMs and fab shop to keep things moving and profitable. 🚀 Why Join Ace? Requirements

• 6+ years of electrical experience (commercial/industrial)
• Journeyman license or apprenticeship graduate
• OSHA 30 (CPR/First Aid preferred)
• Valid driver’s license
• Leadership skills, tech-savvy, and solid NEC knowledge
• Must pass background check and drug screen
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in all environments
• Comfortable with heights, ladders, crawl spaces, and confined spaces
• Must be able to work day or night shifts and occasional overtime
