About The Position

CCS Construction Staffing is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent for a direct-hire role. This position is ideal for a seasoned leader who can manage large commercial projects including schools, hospitals, data centers, and other high-profile facilities. The role requires proven experience overseeing 50+ field workers and managing all aspects of project execution.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Electrical Superintendent on large-scale commercial projects.
Experience managing 50+ field personnel; not for candidates who have only led small crews (5-15).
Strong project management, organizational, and planning skills.
Excellent communication skills for interaction with clients, GCs, and team members.
Ability to oversee work scope, material procurement, and coordination of multiple trades.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make critical decisions on-site.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate large electrical construction projects from start to finish.
Manage and supervise a team of 50+ field personnel, ensuring safety, productivity, and quality.
Plan, schedule, and monitor work activities, material orders, and resource allocation.
Communicate and coordinate with general contractors, project managers, and other trades.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client specifications.
Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and compliance regulations.
Oversee project documentation, daily reports, and progress tracking.
