This position is generally responsible for performing construction coordination for small to moderate construction assignments under general supervision. The role requires extensive knowledge of construction safety requirements and a commitment to a zero-accidents environment. Key responsibilities include ensuring contractor activities are planned and executed safely and efficiently, coordinating daily field and logistical tasks with contractors, serving as the primary coordinator for all contractor activities, monitoring contractor performance against milestones, and developing work-around plans to mitigate conflicts or delays in collaboration with other construction coordinators.
