InPwr, Inc. is seeking experienced electrical field leaders at the Experienced Foreman, General Foreman or Site Superintendent level to support projects throughout Southern Indiana. Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Journeyman Electrician on commercial projects
Prior leadership experience as an Experienced Foreman, General Foreman, or Site Superintendent
Completion of OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications
Completion of required safety and equipment training
Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Proficient with standard electrical hand and power tools
Ability to safely operate lifts, trenchers, backhoes, and company vehicles
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
High standards for safety, quality, and workmanship
Team‑oriented with a “lead by example” mindset
Ability to train and develop field personnel
Must be Indiana‑based
Willing and able to travel to job sites throughout Southern Indiana
Reliable transportation and flexibility to commute between regional project locations
Ability to utilize construction site sanitary facilities (Porta-Johns)
Ability to have personal tools with them at all times (waist tool belt as worn- weighs approximately 30 lbs.)
Ability to work from all types of ladders (step ladders up to 14’, “A” frame ladders and all sizes of extension ladders and carry and relocate up to 12’ step ladder by oneself.)
Ability to bend, stoop, squat, crawl, climb, kneel, balance, push, pull, and reach overhead
Ability to lift 51 pounds
Constantly moving your feet
Ability to climb ladders (all types)
Ability to complete overhead work for full-day assignments
Ability to make transition from employee parking area or street into construction work areas and to gain access to all levels of building even if the only means of access is by OSHA approved site construction ladder or stairs still under construction but acceptable for use
Possess good vision (normal or corrected)
Responsible for securing tools and materials from storage areas to complete their assigned tasks
Regularly required to talk or listen

Responsibilities

Lead and direct jobsite personnel including Experienced Foremen, Journeymen, Electricians, and Apprentices
Perform and oversee commercial electrical installations including conduit, wiring, fixtures, and electrical systems
Execute work per contract documents, design drawings, specifications, and wiring diagrams
Ensure all electrical work meets or exceeds NEC, OSHA, and local code requirements
Perform hands‑on electrical work as required based on project demands
Complete daily reports, look‑ahead schedules, and progress updates
Coordinate manpower, materials, tools, and jobsite logistics
Conduct weekly toolbox talks and reinforce jobsite safety standards
Maintain accurate documentation including as‑built drawings and QA/QC records
Communicate effectively with Project Managers, General Superintendents, GCs, inspectors, and clients
Train, mentor, and guide field personnel in proper procedures and techniques
Evaluate personnel performance and support ongoing development and advancement
Enforce INPWR policies, procedures, and safety programs
Manage labor tracking and workforce planning
Oversee fleet vehicle coordination, tool mobilization, and site logistics (for higher-level roles)
Perform QA/QC site walkthroughs to ensure installation quality
Support jobsite mobilization, demobilization, and inter‑project tool transfers
Assist with special projects and additional duties as assigned
