Requirements

3+ years of residential electrical experience.
Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record.
Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently, without being micromanaged.

Nice To Haves

Generac Air Cooled Certification
TN Limited Licensed Electrician (LLE) Preferred

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential electrical systems with precision and pride.
Deliver top-tier service and provide recommendations to keep customers comfortable – and calling you back!
Document your work in our trade software, ServiceTitan, to keep your day running smooth.
Pursue certifications if needed – we invest in people who are willing to invest in themselves.
Work independently, own your route, and represent Pioneer with professionalism.
