Requirements
- Minimum of one year of residential electrical experience.
- Valid electrical certification or license preferred.
- Strong technical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in confined spaces.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Install and Maintain Electrical Systems : Perform installations, maintenance, and repairs of electrical systems, including wiring, outlets, and controls, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Troubleshoot Electrical Issues : Diagnose and resolve electrical problems using specialized tools such as voltmeters and ammeters
- Collaborate with Team Members : Work closely with colleagues to plan and execute electrical installations and maintenance tasks, adhering to project specifications and industry standards
- Read and Interpret Technical Diagrams : Understand and work from blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to determine the placement of outlets, fixtures, and wiring
- Ensure Compliance : Stay updated on local building codes and regulations, ensuring all electrical work meets or exceeds required standards
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service : Engage with clients professionally, addressing inquiries, explaining system operations, and offering maintenance advice to ensure long-term satisfaction
- Maintain Accurate Documentation : Complete necessary paperwork, including work orders and inspection reports, in a timely and accurate manner
