Develop and implement divisional strategies to achieve growth and profitability goals. Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term plans, objectives , and policies for the division. Keeping up to date with NEC requirements and municipal jurisdictions Lead, mentor, and develop a high- performing team of electrical service professionals. Drive the Electrical department through training and development of field technicians. Coach electricians on how to increase average ticket and manage monthly truck revenue. Oversee and manage the division's budget, financial targets, and cost-control measures. Build and maintain relationships with key customers, suppliers, and stakeholders. Handle all escalated customer concerns by demonstrating 100% customer satisfaction. Maintain operational excellence through invoice completion, inventory control, safety awareness, and accurate reporting. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
