About The Position

Are you ready to lead the way in the world of cable transport technology? Leitner-Poma of America, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Service Department Manager to direct the service and support of our control and power systems for cutting-edge cable transport equipment. Work with a talented team of Engineers, Field Technicians, and Designers dedicated to pushing the boundaries of technology and ensuring excellence in every project. In this exciting position, you'll manage the service and support of control and power systems for cable transport equipment. You will collaborate with a dynamic team of field service experts, overseeing multiple projects and teams through our Customer Support Tracking System. This position will leverage its expertise to drive the engineering and development of retrofit electrical control and power systems, while ensuring compliance with industry standards like ANSI B77, CSA z98, ISO 13849, NFPA 70, and CSA C22.1. This is a full-time, exempt position hiring at $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year based on relevant experience & certifications. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Shown proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Previous experience with project management concepts.
  • Knowledge & experience of electrical standards in industrial electrical projects.
  • Ability to travel both domestically and internationally.
  • Ability to work with exposure to high altitudes, as well as extreme environment and weather conditions.
  • Authorized to work in the United States of America.
  • Proficient in the English language.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
  • Successfully completed the NCEES FE (EIT) exam, and capable of obtaining a PE license.
  • Previous experience with Electrical CAD systems.
