Baker Brothers Plumbing, Air & Electric is currently seeking an Electrical Service Manager to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our Electrical Service Managers are tasked with managing daily field operations, employee training, retention, recruiting, safety, vendor meeting and ensuring the technicians are providing outstanding service to our customers. Develop a culture of performance excellence to encourage employment growth Drive the Electrical department sales through training and development of the field technicians Maintain operational excellence through invoice completion, inventory control, safety awareness, and accurate reporting Coach electricians on how to increase average ticket, closing rate and monthly truck revenue Provide a constant flow of product and sales training Promote lead generation Monitor and control call backs and warranties Handle all escalated customer concerns by demonstrating 100% customer satisfaction Service Titan experience preferred Qualifications Do I Have What It Takes? High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred Current TDLR Master or Journeyman License Can not be a responsible Master Electrician for another company Must have a valid Texas Driver's License with a clean driving record Must be able to pass a background check and a drug screen 5+ years of residential electrical experience 2+ years of management experience An in-depth knowledge of Electrical systems Extensive knowledge in local codes and industry standards Excellent leadership skills and team mentality to enhance team productivity and standards of work produced Ability to build business in the private sector, as well as the public sector Positive energy and enthusiasm to drive sales and company growth Ability to prioritize, set goals, and manage multiple tasks, handle deadlines Wrench Group and its affiliates are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Current TDLR Master or Journeyman License
  • Can not be a responsible Master Electrician for another company
  • Must have a valid Texas Driver's License with a clean driving record
  • Must be able to pass a background check and a drug screen
  • 5+ years of residential electrical experience
  • 2+ years of management experience
  • An in-depth knowledge of Electrical systems
  • Extensive knowledge in local codes and industry standards
  • Excellent leadership skills and team mentality to enhance team productivity and standards of work produced
  • Ability to build business in the private sector, as well as the public sector
  • Positive energy and enthusiasm to drive sales and company growth
