Lead the Charge in Climate Control – Electrical Service Manager Wanted! Our Electrical Service Manager is responsible for managing daily field operations, employee training and retention, vendor relationships, and ensuring that technicians provide outstanding service to our customers. Requirements

Must maintain an Electrical Contractors License
High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
In-depth knowledge of electrical systems and generators
Background with RFIs, cost estimates (plan/spec and design/build), negotiating, material take-offs, and reading blueprints required
Extensive knowledge in local codes and industry standards
Ability to lay out branch circuiting; to read/understand contract documents, drawings and specifications
Understanding of general electrical design and engineering concepts, along with a solid grasp of electrical material costs
Excellent leadership skills and a team-oriented mindset to enhance productivity and work quality
Ability to build business in both the private and public sectors
Positive energy and enthusiasm to drive sales and company growth
Strong ability to prioritize, set goals, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

Develop a culture of performance excellence to encourage employment growth
Drive Electrical department sales through training and development of field technicians
Maintain operational excellence through invoice completion, inventory control, safety awareness, and accurate reporting
Coach technicians on how to increase average ticket, closing rate and monthly truck revenue
Provide a constant flow of product and sales training
Promote lead generation
Monitor and control callbacks and warranties
Handle all escalated customer concerns by demonstrating 100% customer satisfaction
