About The Position

Requirements

5-10 years of experience in industrial construction project management.
Strong understanding of AIA billing and construction financial processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (excel, word, outlook), Microsoft Project

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain weekly and monthly project schedules using Microsoft Project or Primavera.
Coordinate with field teams and subcontractors to ensure timely execution of work.
Manage AIA billing processes and ensure timely and accurate submissions.
Collaborate with accounting and finance teams for cost tracking and forecasting.
Oversee the Request for Information (RFI) process, ensuring prompt responses and documentation.
Lead procurement efforts for materials, equipment, and services.
Negotiate and manage subcontractors ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, and budget.
Monitor subcontractor billing, performance and resolve issues proactively.
